The Law Office of Welch/Muzio LLC was initially formed in Salem, Massachusetts in 1958 by the late William B. Welch, a graduate of Dartmouth College, Harvard Business School and Suffolk Law School. Mr. Welch was joined in the practice by his son, Robert W. Welch, a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School, 1966. Frank P. Muzio, graduated from Boston University and Vermont Law School, 1990.
